Standard operation training helps enhance management

To enhance the standardized operation proficiency of on-site employees and thereby promote quality and efficiency improvements, the production system, equipment system, quality system, technical system, human resources department, and other relevant departments have collaborated to comprehensively carry out standardized production training for the company.

Since March this year, the company has organized a professional team to compile the "Process Standardization Handout" starting from the CNC process, breaking down complex processes into clear and reproducible standardized procedures. The team has also arranged for lecturers to conduct trial lectures and evaluations to ensure that the training content is scientific and practical. On May 27th, all sub-factories simultaneously kicked off the training program. Through face-to-face training and explanations, employees actively spoke up and put forward many valuable suggestions. The management team communicated and discussed with employees on issues that need to be improved and enhanced in production and processing. Improvements will promote the overall capability enhancement on site. The lecturer team has jointly completed the development of the examination question bank. Starting in June, employees will undergo clearance assessments in the form of theoretical tests and on-site practical assessments to ensure that each employee grasps the key points of standardization.

To continuously promote the improvement of production and processing skills and the inheritance of experience, the company will select a group of skilled and articulate employees as frontline on-the-job training instructors to ensure the consistent implementation of standardized operations. At the same time, to encourage employees to learn skills, a skill-based wage system will be established to differentiate skill-based compensation. Training will be combined with incentive mechanisms to mobilize employees' enthusiasm for learning and create a good atmosphere for collective skill learning.
